Carol Roberts owns Roberts Accounting and Sugarhill Property Management Located out of Wichita, Ks. She has fifteen years of working with Rural Development and currently has twelve properties throughout the State. Prior to working with Rd, Carol had an extensive background in banking and as a Controller for a major radio station.

Debra Staab
Secretary/Treasurer
Debra Staab has been serving on the RRHAK board since 2007 . She served as President in 2011,2014 and from 2019 through 2022. In 2007 Debra was the Northwest District Manager of the Year . In general, Debra has been in property management for 23 years , currently, she manages two properties in Hays. Among them are a 41-Unit Rural Development Property and a 90-Unit Property.

Harvey McFarland
Vice President
Harvey McFarland is with MetroPlains Management. He began his career managing properties in 2005 after retiring from the Navy. Harvey has served on the RRHAK board since 2006 SC District Rep, Secretary/Treasurer, Vice-President, and President. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a BS in accounting Harvey currently lives in Winfield, Ks, and is a regional manager for KS and compliance manager for KS and MN.
